Makes smoothies for 6 and barely fits in a blender!
3 ripe bananas (chopped and frozen)
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup frozen strawberry slices (about 8 big strawberries)
6 frozen peach slices (about 1.5 peaches)
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
2 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
2 cups Chobani Greek vanilla yogurt
2 cups chilled pineapple juice or can use nonfat milk
4 cups *or as much fresh spinach as you can possibly stuff into the top! I usually just smash it in until the top can barely close over.
Flip blender onto highest speed and let blend for about 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Have a damp cloth ready, this could get slightly messy if your blender top does not have a good seal. Mine oozes over the sides but I would rather make one big batch then two little ones LOL.
Quick note: This smoothie kept even the biggest guy (my husband) in our family full for over 4 hours! You could replace a meal with it if you wanted.
