Today my family enjoyed the most delicious, tender and flavorful corned beef dinner. This is nothing that it mind blowingly difficult. I really enjoy using my crock pot in the summertime because it doesn’t make the house all hot plus I can set it and forget it. The leftovers will make some crazy good reuben sandwiches. ENJOY!
1. Crock pot on low.
2. Fill with baby potatoes, carrots, onions and 1 Winter Woodchucks hard cider then enough water to just touch the beef.
3. Set 1 slab of corned beef from Aldi’s on top, sprinkle with the herbs.
4. Set crock pot to low for 12 hours.
5. In the last hour I add 1 head of cabbage sliced into 8 or 9 thin wedges under the beef.
**Crusty bread is a must for sopping up the delicious juices!
